1. General Terms & Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes; however, additional time may be required if verification is needed.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 123bd reserves the right to hold payments in the event of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

123bd offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 123bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically voided.
• Your account must be active and verified to participate in any promotion.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on 123bd are powered by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be influenced in any way.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the most recently confirmed result will be counted.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game client and server records, the server record will be considered final.
• If a software error is detected in any game, all bets placed in that round will be voided.

123bd may temporarily or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.

• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• If a member requests closure of their own account.

If a valid balance exists at the time of closure and no terms have been violated, a withdrawal will be permitted. In cases of terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game server log will serve as the definitive record.
• If our support team is unable to resolve your issue, you have the option to escalate your complaint to the international licensing authority.

12. Changes to Terms

123bd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.
